Steve Stasiuk currently serves as the Business Development Manager for Stonelink Property Management (formerly Blackstone Group Leasing & Management). When Steve joined Stonelink in 2018 as the Director of Operations, Stonelink was managing roughly 350 doors, and has since grown to well over 1700 doors throughout Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts. His experience in operations provided him with valuable insights into every facet of property management, and with the dedicated professionals on the Stonelink Property Management team, has solved the myriad of issues ranging from the day-to-day maintenance operations to complex capital expenditure projects, leasing and legalities of being a landlord, resident relations and client customer service. His experience provides Stonelink Property Management clients with insights into selecting investment property through careful market and predictive analysis and to build individual investor-strategies to optimize existing residential real-estate portfolios. Today, Steve is the Business Development Manager with Stonelink, educating clients and investors in Property Management while expanding Stonelink’s growing portfolio of managed properties.
